CAZENOVIA, NY (06/17/2011)(readMedia)-- Cazenovia College honored its 186th graduating class on Saturday, May 14.

Correction: Keri L. Rossback, of Westerlo, N.Y., received a bachelor of fine arts degree summa cum laude in interior design with a minor in psychology.

The student address was given by Imuentinyan Ugiagbe, a management major from Bronx, N.Y. Entrepreneur Jay S. Walker, chairman of Walker Digital, LLC, best known as the founder of priceline.com, delivered the keynote address to the graduates.

The College's 2011 Distinguished Service Award was given alumna Doris Eversfield Webster, class of 1946. Alumna Roberta Lee August, class of 1958, and a member of the board of trustees, received an honorary doctorate of humane letters. The speaker, Jay Walker, was presented with an honorary doctorate of science.

The Class of 2011 numbered more than 240 students. About 80 percent of Cazenovia's 2011 graduates come from New York State, with other students representing California; Connecticut; Washington, D.C.; Kentucky; Massachusetts; Maryland; New Hampshire; New Jersey; Pennsylvania; Rhode Island; Vermont; and Bogota, Colombia.
