Kevin Diemer Named Regent of the Week

Junior forward Kevin Diemer has been named Regent of the Week for the week ending Sunday, February 28, 2021. Diemer recorded a double-double in both games to average a double-double for the third consecutive week and help Rockford capture a share of the NACC South Division Championship and the top seed in the conference tournament. Diemer opened with a game-high 18 points on 80% shooting, 12 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal and 1 block in Rockford's 73-66 win at Benedictine. On Saturday, Diemer finished with a team-high 17 points, 10 rebounds and 1 assist. He averaged 17.5 points on 66.7% shooting, 11 rebounds and 1 assist for the week.
