LFA Girls Varsity Field Hockey Team Places Third in Illinois State Championship

On Saturday, November 1st, the girls varsity field hockey team played against Oak Park and River Forest High School for the State Finals. The game was incredibly close and both teams fought hard. After going into overtime, five girls from each team participated in a shootout, which ended in the Caxy's favor. The team presented their trophy on November 7th.
