LOCAL MOTHERS, CAREGIVERS DELIVER POSTCARDS TO ASSEMBLYMEMBER CHRIS EACHUS TO URGE PASSAGE OF THE NY HEAT ACT
CENTRAL VALLEY, NY (06/03/2025) (readMedia)-- The Hudson Highlands chapter of Mothers Out Front will gather at the district office of Assemblymember Chris Eachus to deliver postcards from his constituents urging him to throw his support behind the New York Home Energy Affordability Transition (NY HEAT) Act and call for its adoption by the Assembly before the end of session. The NY HEAT Act is a major affordability and clean energy bill that facilitates the state's transition away from fracked gas to healthier, cost-effective and climate-friendly solutions and invests in the future of our kids by ensuring cleaner air in our homes and communities.
