WHITTER, CA (07/06/2012)(readMedia)-- Laura Mosedale, a Whittier, Ca native was among over 200 students to be named to the Spring 2012 Whittier College Dean's List.
Undergraduate students are awarded Dean's List honors if he or she earns a 3.70 grade point average (GPA) while completing a full-time course load (12 units) in the fall and spring terms.
In addition, Mosedale was also honored with a Fletcher Jones Fellowship this spring. The Fletcher Jones Fellowship program is dedicated to providing financial and mentoring support to Whittier's best junior science students each year.
The Fletcher Jones Fellowship Program provides funds for students to have health related internships or science research assistantships in the summer following their junior year and for continuing scholarly activity during their senior year.
