Lauren Oswald of Pasadena Performs in Washington College Chorus Concert

CHESTERTOWN, MD (03/26/2013)(readMedia)-- Washington College is pleased to announce that Lauren Oswald '13 of Pasadena, MD recently performed as a second alto in the Washington College Chorus' spring concert, "History of Rock Opera," conducted by Lecturer in Music Douglas Byerly.

Oswald is double majoring in drama and music. She serves as secretary for the Music Collegium and is actively involved in many other choral groups at the College. Oswald graduated from Chesapeake High School.

Founded in 1782 under the patronage of George Washington, Washington College is a private, independent college of liberal arts and sciences located in colonial Chestertown on Maryland's Eastern Shore.
