SEARCY, ARK. (06/12/2012)(readMedia)-- Brian McGlenn of Port St. Lucie (34983), son of John and Lynn McGlenn, has been accepted to attend Harding University for the fall 2012 semester.
McGlenn attends Faith Baptist High School, where he is the quarterback of the football team and captain of the basketball team. He has also placed in state competitions his junior and senior years in Bible, fine arts and academics.
He will be welcomed to campus on Aug. 16 for Student Impact. This orientation program is designed to help freshmen and new students learn about the campus and make the adjustment to college life.
With an enrollment of more than 7,100 students, Harding is the largest private university in Arkansas and attracts more National Merit Scholars than any other private university in the state.
