Lock Haven University Accepts Beth Simon Into Online Master of Education Program

LOCK HAVEN, PA (04/27/2010)(readMedia)-- Lock Haven University is pleased to announce that Beth Simon has been accepted into the LHU Master of Education Teaching and Learning Program.

Lock Haven University's Online Master of Education program in Teaching and Learning is designed to provide in-service teachers and other education professionals with an opportunity to enhance their knowledge of instructional design, assessment, classroom management and technology integration. The Teaching and Learning Program is fully accredited by the National Council for Accreditation for Teacher Education and is aligned with the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. Jerry Falco, Assistant Director for Graduate Admissions at Lock Haven University notes that, "The online Master of Education programs are highly desired by working educators because they can pursue their graduate education at a schedule and pace that fits the demands of their personal lives."

A resident of Bellefonte, PA, Ms. Simon is the daughter of Ann Marie Simon who resides in Renovo, PA. Ms. Simon works for the Berks County Intermediate Unit as an Environment Rating Scale Assessor.  She completed her undergraduate work at Lock Haven University in 2003.
