LOCK HAVEN, PA (10/10/2011)(readMedia)-- Lock Haven University is pleased to announce that Stacey Shively has been accepted into the LHU Master of Education program in Educational Leadership.

The Online Master of Education: Educational Leadership program offered at Lock Haven University is designed to teach current and future leaders the skills that enable effective development of student motivation, student achievement, teacher professional growth, curriculum development and implementation, school improvement, human resource leadership, and the capable management of the day-to-day operations within a school. The program meets all requirements of the Pennsylvania Inspired Leadership Standards outlined by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.

Jerry Falco, Assistant Director for Graduate Admissions at Lock Haven University notes that, "The shortage of highly qualified educational leaders across the United States is well documented and the problem is worsening.
