Jan-McMahon will be featuring two works of oil of canvas. She describes her work by saying, "I am intrigued by portraiture paired with flat spaces and how simple graphic elements such as the circle or a geometric design can change how people perceive a representational portrait and the space around it."
The annual exhibit is held to give the students graduating with an art major the opportunity to present a sample of their entire senior project one final time while in college. The exhibit features a variety of works including painting, sculpture, photography, collage, video and mixed-media installation pieces.
The student exhibitors include Maseeh Ahmed, Kurt Bearinger, Sophia Brown, Ingrid Cologne, Nellie Herold, Eric Hild, Katelyn Kluge, Jason Knutson, Hannah Kosgard, Robby Scott, Emily Temte, Emily Voss and Rose Weselmann.
