Maine Army National Guard Soldier Completes Warrant Officer Training in Alabama

AUGUSTA, ME (04/01/2012)(readMedia)-- Maine Army National Guard Soldier Justin Harvey of Lincoln, Maine completed the Warrant Officer Candidate course on March 28, 2012 at Ft. Rucker, Alabama and was promoted to Warrant Officer. Harvey will stay at Ft. Rucker and continue on to Flight school.

Warrant Officer Harvey is a former Infantryman with Co. B, 3/172nd Infantry (Mountain) in Brewer, Maine and deployed to Afghanistan with his unit in 2009-2010. Harvey is currently assigned to Detachment 1, Company C, 3/142nd Aviation in Bangor, Maine as a Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot.
