AUGUSTA, ME (04/01/2010)(readMedia)-- Major General John W. Libby, the Adjutant General, Maine National Guard announces the promotion of Kerry J. Boese to the rank 1st Lieutenant.
Boese, a South Portland resident, was promoted during a small ceremony at Camp Keyes, Augusta, Maine.
1st Lt. Boese currently serves as a member of Headquarters Service Company, 133d Engineer Battalion.
