CANTON , OH (10/24/2012)(readMedia)-- The Malone University Art-in-a-Case series continues with a pottery sale November 22 through December 7 in the Cattell Library, located on the campus at 2600 Cleveland Avenue N.W. in Canton.
Amanda Gaumer, a senior art major from Chandler, Arizona studying ceramics will sell her simple but sophisticated pottery.
The Case can be viewed during business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.), is free, and open to the public. Gaumer's pottery is mostly functional pieces that range from bowls, cups, pitchers, plates, and uniquely styled salt and pepper shakers. Gaumer is donating 10% of the proceeds to the Stark County Hunger Task Force. If interested in purchasing a piece, contact Amanda by email at amgaumer1@malone.edu.
