Mandatory Bidders' Conference: Development and Operation of a Video Lottery Facility at Aqueduct Racetrack

A mandatory Bidders' Conference will be held at the Aqueduct Racetrack for all vendors interested in participating in the New York Lottery's Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Development and Operation of a Video Lottery Facility at Aqueduct Racetrack. The Bidders' Conference will be limited to those vendors who have paid the $1 million entry fee. Proposals will only be accepted from those vendors who attend this mandatory session.

Members of the media planning to attend must RSVP by 9 AM Tuesday, June 8th, to Carolyn Hapeman at chapeman@lottery.state.ny.us. This event is open to credentialed media and invited guests only. Members of the media must have valid photo press credentials from the New York State Police or NYPD.

WHO:

New York Lottery Director Gordon Medenica and other members of the Aqueduct RFP evaluation committee, including representatives from the Empire State Development Corporation, NYS Office of General Services, and NYS Division of the Budget will discuss the terms and conditions of the RFP and answer questions from vendors interested in submitting a proposal.
