Marilu Montoya of San Jacinto, CA, Promoted to Rec Center Facility Manager Position at NAU

FLAGSTAFF, AZ (05/03/2013)(readMedia)-- Marilu Montoya, a sophomore at Northern Arizona University, was recently promoted to a Recreation Center Facility Manager position. The Recreation Center Facility Manager is responsible for facility operations, supervision and evaluation of student staff, risk management and response, and facility reservations and special events.

Campus Recreation Services is a hub for student activity at Northern Arizona University is located within the Health and Learning Center with a fully equipped weight room, cardio theater, basketball courts, aerobic and dance studios, an indoor climbing wall, racquetball courts, a MAC court, and more. Campus Recreation Services also includes the Wall Aquatic Center, which offers an Olympic-size pool complete with eight 50-meter lanes, diving boards, and underwater filming and viewing windows; Club Sports; Intramural Sports; and the NAU Outdoors, which provides trips and classes around the Southwest.
