Marissa Fariello from Johnstown Participates in Undergraduate Research Conference
GENESEO, NY (12/30/2011)(readMedia)-- Marissa Fariello, a senior from Johnstown, N.Y. (12095), was among eight SUNY Geneseo students participating in the Council of Liberal Arts Colleges (COPLAC) Undergraduate Research Conference recently in Keene New Hampshire.
Fariello, an English literature and French double major, presented a project titled "Surrealism's Empowerment of Women: Sexuality and Madness in Andre Breton's Nadia." Her faculty mentor is Beverly J. Evans, associate professor of languages and literatures.
