Mastria Mazda to Celebrate Grand Opening on Nov. 28

New Massachusetts Dealership Promotes Launch with Chance to Win a Mazda CX-5

RAYNHAM, MASS. (11/19/2012)(readMedia)-- While some businesses celebrate a grand opening with just balloons and snacks, Mastria Auto Group will be taking things further to mark the arrival of its new Massachusetts Mazda dealership in Raynham. Mastria Mazda will hold a Grand Opening Party on Nov. 28 from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. featuring live music and giveaways, but it is also giving visitors a chance to win a 2013 Mazda CX-5. Running now through Nov. 30, the dealership's Crack the Safe contest could result in a lucky contestant receiving either the all-new compact crossover SUV or $5,000 in cash.

Those 18 years and older looking to compete in the Crack the Safe contest will get one attempt to guess one of two five-digit codes that unlock either the Mazda CX-5 or the cash prize, and participants will be chosen at random to receive a $25 gift certificate. During the Grand Opening Party, Mastria Mazda will also be giving out door prizes, including an iPad mini and tickets to see the Boston Celtics. Food and refreshments will be served as well while visitors are treated to a performance by acoustic guitarist Cesar Santana.

"We're very excited to serve Mazda fans in the region and hope that the local community will join us to celebrate our opening and take advantage of their chance to win a new CX-5," said Rick Mastria, president and CEO of Mastria Auto Group. "The CX-5 appeals to a wide variety of drivers with its combination of capability and fuel efficiency, and we know whoever wins this ride will be extremely satisfied."

Mazda's newest addition to its lineup, the 2013 CX-5 returns a best-in-class 35 mpg on the highway thanks to the lightweight and efficient design of the automaker's SKYACTIV technologies. The crossover comes standard with front-wheel drive, while an advanced all-wheel-drive system is available to make snowy New England commutes less of an adventure.

Inside, there is room for five passengers and all their gear, while folding the second row of seats flat turns the Mazda CX-5 into a capable cargo hauler, with more than 65 cubic feet of cargo space available. Optional technology includes Bluetooth hands-free phone calls and audio streaming, an HD radio and a navigation system by TomTom.

"Mazda designed the CX-5 from the ground up to return hybrid-like fuel efficiency, whether you're looking at the chassis, the transmissions or the engine," added Mastria. "At the same time, it has managed to create a compact crossover that is fun to drive, cargo friendly and ready to take on whatever Mother Nature throws at us."
