McDaniel College student awarded Gilman Scholarship to study abroad
Priscilla Owusu, a junior at McDaniel College from Bowie, Md., has been awarded a $1,500 Gilman Scholarship to study abroad in Dijon, France.
She is one of 1,413 recipients from 427 colleges and universities across the United States selected to receive the prestigious U.S. Department of State's Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program.
