On Monday, November 18th, McKenzie McFadden was Stripes for Exceptional Performers (STEP) promoted to the position of C/MSgt by VA-091 SASI, Lt Col Joel A. Jones, for her exceptional performance in the Air Force Junior ROTC Program.
