Festival on the Erie Sets Sail on Canal System this Weekend
ALBANY, NY (06/20/2008)(readMedia)-- The "Festival on the Erie", a traveling music festival, will perform along the Erie Canal beginning Saturday, June 21 at Lock E-20 in Marcy and make its way east to Waterford, New York, to entertain crowds at the Farmer's Market on Sunday, June 29.
The Festival is being organized by the Boys of Wexford, LLC, in conjunction with the New
York State Canal Corporation and will feature more than 20 well-known regional and international Irish and folk musicians. The schedule is as follows:
