CHURUBUSCO, NY (05/14/2008)(readMedia)-- Noble Environmental Power, a leading developer of wind energy, will hold a joint ribbon-cutting ceremony Saturday May 17 to mark the start of operations at New York State’s two newest windparks located in the towns of Clinton and Ellenburg in Clinton County, New York. The Noble Clinton and Ellenburg Windparks will produce 181.5 megawatts of clean, renewable energy from a combined 121 turbines, and are helping to revitalize the local economy. The projects represent a $360 million investment in clean, renewable energy that will bring an estimated $231 million in new revenue to the towns, schools and county over the next 20 years.
