NOTES: The first floor of the Springfield Gardens DMV office will be temporarily closed as of January 28, 2008, until further notice for renovations. The facility is expected to only be closed for a short time while DMV installs the latest technologies and incorporates a new office design to make the visit more efficient and esthetically pleasing for the motoring public.

The Queens South Traffic Violations Bureau located on the second floor will remain open during the renovation period.
