Media advisory: Retail Council's "Holiday Sales Watch" returns
ALBANY, NY (11/20/2013)(readMedia)-- The Retail Council of New York State will once again this year poll a sample of its member stores to provide a timely snapshot of holiday shopping activity in stores small and large throughout the state.
The Council updates and releases the informal and informative survey on the following dates:
