LYNCHBURG, VA (01/11/2013)(readMedia)-- Megan Russell (Pinnacle, NC/West Stokes) is a member of the 2012-2013 Randolph College women's basketball team. The WildCats, led by third year head coach Allison Nichols, are currently 3-9 overall, and 1-4 in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference.

Russell, a 6'1 sophomore forward/center, has played in 10 games this season, having started three times. She is first in blocks on the team, holding seven, and second in rebounding, averaging 5.9 boards per night. Russell is shooting 38.2% overall, averaging 6.1 points a game.

The WildCats continue their season Saturday at Bridgewater College.
