Melanie Schukrafft from Warwick, N.Y., a senior at SUNY Geneseo, recently presented at the Council of Liberal Arts Colleges Undergraduate Research Conference.

GENESEO, NY (10/18/2010)(readMedia)-- Melanie Schukrafft from Warwick, N.Y. (10990), was among seven SUNY Geneseo students participating in the Council of Liberal Arts Colleges (COPLAC) Undergraduate Research Conference Oct. 1-3 in North Adams, Mass.

Schukrafft, a psychology major, presented on psychological entrapment and women's commitment to violent dating relationships. Her faculty mentor is Jennifer Katz, associate professor of psychology. The conference featured 72 presentations of research in the humanities, arts, social sciences and natural sciences.
