Men Horseshoe Throwers Compete in Championships at Iowa State Fair

DES MOINES, IA (08/24/2023) (readMedia)-- Horseshoe throwers from across the state competed in the Iowa State Elders and Iowa State Mens Championship divisions of the Horseshoe Contest Saturday, August 19, and Sunday, August 20, at the 2023 Iowa State Fair.

The State Fair hosts horseshoe competitions every Fair day. All Horseshoe Pitching competitions take place on the horseshoe courts just east of Farm Bureau Pioneer Hall.
