Mercer Island native Natalie Jamerson receives award upon graduation from Whitman College

WALLA WALLA, WA (06/05/2013)(readMedia)-- Natalie Jamerson of Mercer Island, Wash. was honored with an award upon her graduation from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Wash.

Jamerson was selected as a recipient of the Thomas E. Cronin Award for Environmental Excellence, an award established in honor of a former Whitman president. Each year it is given to students, faculty, and staff who demonstrate leadership and commitment to the environment.

Jamerson is the daughter of Kristin Jamerson and a 2009 graduate of The Bush School. She reeived a B.A. in Biology-Environmental Studies during the Whitman commencement ceremony on Sunday, May 19.
