MACON, GA (06/13/2011) (readMedia)-- Mercer University recently honored graduating senior Christopher T. Scoggins of Albany at its 2011 Honors Convocation. Scoggins received the Metzger Award for Best Empirical Manuscript in Psychology and the Hendricks Award for Outstanding Graduating Student in Psychology. Scoggins graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the College of Liberal Arts at Mercer University Macon commencement on May 14.
Scoggins is the son of Janice and Melvin Scoggins of Albany.
