MACON, GA (06/13/2011)(readMedia)-- Mercer University recently honored graduating senior Amelia Carol Davis of Colquitt at the 2011 Honors Convocation. Davis was part of a three-person team that received the Outstanding Senior Design Award for the project "Universal Prosthetic Ankle." Davis graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and University Honors from Mercer's School of Engineering on May 14.
Davis, a biomedical engineering major, is the daughter of Al and Nancy Davis of Colquitt.
