Mercyhurst recognizes cast, crew of 'Urinetown'

The Mercyhurst University Theatre Program kicks off its second season with the uproariously funny Urinetown: The Musical, showing in the university's Taylor Little Theatre Oct. 24-27. The student production is set in a futuristic world where a catastrophic drought has led to a ban on private restrooms. Citizens must pay the nefarious Urine Good Company to use its public facilities, and those who can't - or won't - pay for "The Privilege to Pee" are sent to a mysterious place known only as Urinetown. Finally, a hero emerges to lead the poor in an uprising against their oppressors. The following students are among the cast and crew of Urinetown: The Musical.
