Michael LeRoux Named Hardin-Simmons University's Homecoming King

ABILENE, TX (10/15/2012)(readMedia)-- Michael LeRoux of Dallas, Texas, was named Hardin-Simmons University's Homecoming King for the 2012-2013 Homecoming festivities.

Michael, son of Kitti Ann and Phil LeRoux, is a senior Spanish education major. Michael has proven himself a campus leader by his involvement in the student activities team, Theta Alpha Zeta, president of the Greek Council, and his involvement with Spanish department activities. Michael says he loves being involved at HSU, and enjoys calling HSU his home. He says he enjoys the close-knit family environment, and the constant encouragement for students to get involved and be a part of change and university advancement.

Ten graduate degrees, encompassing 26 programs, include the Doctor of Ministry, Doctor of Education in Leadership, and the Doctor of Physical Therapy.
