Michael Williams of La Grange Park named NCCAA Preseason All-American

BOURBONNAIS, IL (07/27/2012)(readMedia)-- La Grange Park resident Michael Williams is one of five members of the Olivet Nazarene University football team who have been named NCCAA Preseason All-Americans, announced by USA College Football on Thursday, July 26, 2012. A sophomore linebacker, he is among the 88 All-Americans chosen.

Under Coach Brian Fish in 2011, Williams played in 10 games and finished with 37 tackles, two and a half tackles for loss and two sacks. He was also named a Mid-States Football Association Honorable Mention.

Tiger football's 2012 season begins August 25 at home in Bourbonnais, Ill., against Marian University (Ind.).
