Middle School Students Take Home Latin Honors

Twenty-eight Middle School students joined 139,000 others in the National Latin exam this spring. In our seventh grade Latin class five students earned certificates of achievement and four earned certificates of Outstanding Achievement.

In 8th grade Latin:

- four won the "cum laude" with praise award,

- three won the "magna cum laude" with great praise award,

- two won silver medals and the "maxima cum laude," and

- five won gold medals, earning the "summa cum laude," with highest praise awards.
