Mike Liberto of Severna Park Performs in A Cappella Concert

CHESTERTOWN, MD (05/13/2013)(readMedia)-- Washington College is pleased to announce that Michael Liberto '14 of Severna Park, Md., participated in the spring 2013 WACappella Concert on May 3 and 4. WACappella is the College's extracurricular a cappella singing group. Liberto sings baritone and had solos in several songs at the concert: "Some Nights;" "Glad You Came;" "Let's Get Sexual" (A "Sexual Healing" and "Let's Get It On" mash-up) and "I Will Awake My Timshel" (a Mumford and Sons medley).

Liberto is a drama major with minors in English and creative writing. He serves as the director of special events for the College's Student Events Board and as a distribution manager for the student newspaper The Elm. Liberto graduated from Archbishop Spalding High School.

Founded in 1782 under the patronage of George Washington, Washington College is a private, independent college of liberal arts and sciences located in colonial Chestertown on Maryland's Eastern Shore.
