ST. AUGUSTINE, FL (06/17/2013)(readMedia)-- Flagler College had announced that Dr. Will Miller has accepted the position of Director of Institutional Research, Planning, and Effectiveness, replacing Dr. Randi Hagen, who announced her retirement.
Miller joined the college faculty as an Assistant Professor in the Public Administration Program last August. He has been a popular instructor and has made many significant contributions to the PAD Program, including curriculum development, refinement of student learning outcomes and improvements in other administrative procedures.
Hagen has served as the Director of Institutional Research, Planning and Effectiveness since March 2004. She provided invaluable assistance in the preparations for the College's reaffirmation of accreditation in 2009, and under her leadership, the College has implemented a number of new initiatives to enhance the institutional effectiveness program.
