Mock Carnival Ride Emergency Training

LEWISBURG, WV (08/08/2022) (readMedia)-- Members of the media are invited to attend a "mock ride emergency" training for carnival rides on Monday, August 8, at 4 pm at the State Fairgrounds in Lewisburg. Reithoffer Shows, along with local emergency officials will be trained on what to do if a mechanical error should occur on a ride. Local firehouses will be on scene with ladder trucks to perform "real life" rescues from the top of one of the roller coasters currently on grounds.
