Montville resident appears in feature film with cast and crew of FDU alumni and students

MADISON, NJ (02/21/2012)(readMedia)-- Ever Last," a film Montville, NJ resident and Fairleigh Dickinson University alumna, Angeline-Rose Troy, starred in, will be on the big screen at the 10th Annual Garden State Film Festival, in Asbury Park, NJ, on March 25th at 2:30 p.m. Troy performed in the lead role as Kimberly Alves and also served as the producer in "Ever Last."

"Ever Last" follows Kimberly Alves, an assistant bank manager, as she meets Wolf Sutcliff, when he robs the bank she works at. She soon learns that Sutcliff is immortal, indestructible, and can turn invisible. He has been alive for thousands of years, never understanding his powers or what is expected of him, while being forced to watch the people that he had allowed himself to love, live out their normal lives and die, leaving him alone. Sympathizing with Sutcliff's plight, Alves takes it upon herself to help him find reason and purpose for his life.

Written and directed by FDU alumnus, Chris Dimoulas, "Ever Last" features a cast and crew of over twenty FDU alumni and current students. FDU alumni filled the lead roles, both in front of the camera and behind it as directors and producers. To watch the trailer or for more information, go to EverLastFilm.com.

"Ever Last was a very challenging but incredibly rewarding film to produce and play the lead in," said Troy. "We shot this feature in 19 days and Dimoulas and I worked side by side for months on this film. We are incredibly excited that Ever Last has been accepted into the Garden State Film Festival in the home grown category, as 99% of the film was shot in New Jersey in some really picturesque locations including along the Hudson River in the Palisades Park."

Troy also starred in the recent thriller "InSight" which was screened in theaters across the country last September. While at FDU, Troy majored in fine arts with a theater concentration, graduating in 2010. She starred in several student plays including "Boeing Boeing" and "The Graduate."
