Rosalie I. Jones Named Executive Director of Human Resources at University of the Sciences

PHILADELPHIA, PA (10/13/2011)(readMedia)-- Rosalie I. Jones has been promoted to executive director of human resources at University of the Sciences. Jones, who joined USciences in February 2011 as director of HR, brings over 20 years of experience in both the corporate and higher education arenas to the position.

Most recently, Jones was a senior human resources manager at Princeton University (Princeton, NJ). In addition, she gained broad HR experience, with particular expertise in benefits, employee relations, and organizational and performance management, through positions at i.g. Burton & Company, Inc. (Milford, DE), Comcast Cable Communications (Voorhees, NJ), and Lincoln University (Lincoln, PA).

Jones has a master of science in human resources from Widener University and a bachelor of science in public affairs from Lincoln University. She also gained a graduate certificate in pension and employee benefits from the Institute of Paralegal Training (Philadelphia, PA).

A native of Jamaica, West Indies, Jones resides in Mullica Hill, NJ, with sons Oscar and Julian Jones, and her partner Jay Vincent.
