Muskingum University first-year student Jason Schaumleffel earned top honors at the Audrey Cunningham Forensics 500 Tournament, held September 20 in Indianapolis. Schaumleffel, a computer science and political science major from Zanesville, won in the category of extemporaneous speaking, which requires the student to prepare and present a speech on a specific topic in a strictly controlled amount of time.
