NSSLHA Chapter at ESU Awarded 2019 Gold Chapter Honors
The National Student Speech Language Hearing Association (NSSLHA) has awarded the NSSLHA Chapter at East Stroudsburg University with 2019 Gold Chapter Honors, recognizing ESU's chapter for the second straight year.
The gold award is given to chapters that complete service learning projects, advocate for legislation for the disabled, have social events, and raise funds for charities. This year ESU's NSSLHA chapter's main charity was the Shriner's Club of Boston, which performs cleft palate surgeries for children at no cost to families.
