NYSS Reminds New NY-Bred Owners To Submit New Owner Information

ALBANY, NY (11/10/2008)(readMedia)-- The New York Sire Stakes administrators remind all new owners of New York-bred standardbreds to submit to the Agriculture & New York State Horse Breeding Development Fund (the Fund) the "Owner and Name Change" form.
