Notice to Horsemen: NYSS Payments Due April 15
ALBANY, NY (04/01/2011)(readMedia)-- The New York Sire Stakes (NYSS) officials today remind horsemen that sustaining payments are due April 15, 2011. These payments are required to remain eligible to race in the 2011 NYSS season.
Checks or money orders must be in US funds, postmarked by April 15, 2011, and made payable to the Agriculture & New York State Horse Breeding Development Fund (ANYSHBDF). Mail to 90 State Street, Suite 809, Albany, NY 12207. The NYSS Payment Form is available for download at www.nysirestakes.com on the "Forms and Downloads" page.
The NYSS 2011 April Payments are per horse and are as follows:
Two-Year-Old Payments
Sire Stakes: $350
State Fair: $200
County Fair: $75
Three-Year-Old Payments
Sire Stakes: $450
State Fair: $250 (Fillies)
State Fair: $350 (Colts)
County Fair: $75
