National day of prayer

Capital West Steps

ALBANY, NY (05/04/2022) (readMedia)-- The Congress, by Public Law 100-307, as amended, has called on the President to issue each year a proclamation designating the first Thursday in May as a "National Day of Prayer."

This year as we gather at the Capital West Steps the theme will be praying for peace in the nations and peace and unity for our nation.

When: Thursday May 5th. At 12 noon

Where: Capital Park West

Who: Churches throughout the Capital region

At noon Praise and Worship will fill the park followed by a time of prayer finishing up at 1 PM.
