New Nazareth Students Take Part in Orientation Day of Service, Aug. 26

ROCHESTER, NY (08/24/2016)(readMedia)-- Nazareth College celebrates the arrival of its biggest incoming class ever with the annual Orientation Day of Service! From partnering with the Red Cross to distribute and install smoke detectors to Rochester community cleanups with Habitat for Humanity, Nazareth students will be making a difference and learning more about our vibrant community. At Nazareth College, Orientation for new students includes a community service component. This Day of Service will be held on Friday, August 26th from 1:00 to 4:45p.m. Over 600 students (first year, transfer and international students) along with Orientation leaders, faculty and staff travel to one of 31 service sites within the community.
