New York State Rifle & Pistol Association recipient of Leroy Winn Memorial Award

ALBANY, NY (05/01/2014)(readMedia)-- The New York State Rifle & Pistol Association is pleased to announce it is the 2013 recipient of the Niagara County Federation of Conservation Clubs' Leroy Winn Memorial Award which is given annually to clubs and associations for outstanding service to conservation, the shooting sports and the community.
