OASAS Commemorates Your Story Matters Day for Individuals in Recovery
ALBANY, NY (05/04/2009)(readMedia)-- New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) Commissioner Karen M. Carpenter-Palumbo will be joined by Senator Shirley Huntley, Assemblyman Felix Ortiz, Assemblyman Sam Hoyt, six individuals to share their story of recovery and supporters of recovery commemorating Governor David A. Paterson's proclamation of May 4 as Your Story Matters Day. Event will take place at the Well of the Legislative Office Building, Albany.
