OASAS Commissioner to Present at Rally for Friends of Recovery-NY (FOR-NY) on Tuesday, February 2, 2010
ALBANY, NY (02/01/2010)(readMedia)-- OASAS Commissioner Karen M. Carpenter-Palumbo, will speak at the Friends of Recovery-NY (FOR-NY) Rally held on Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2010. The Rally will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. It is expected that between 300-500 individuals in recovery and their families will gather, united as one voice in support of the recovery movement in New York state. Other speakers include state Assemblyman Felix Ortiz and state Senator Tom Duane.

AGENDA: Rally will include welcome remarks by a lineup of speakers to begin at 11:00 a.m. OASAS Commissioner is slated to speak at 12:00 noon.
