Obella Obbo Presents Work at Washington College Senior Reading

CHESTERTOWN, MD (04/30/2014)(readMedia)-- Washington College is pleased to announce Obella Obbo '14 of Frederick, MD recently read his work at the Washington College Senior Reading. Obbo read three poems: "Talking Sweet to the Queen," "Manual and Meditations for the Milk Monster," and "Beasts of the Southern Wild."
Obbo is a psychology major with a creative writing minor. On campus he is the director of mainstage events for the Students Events Board, co-president and business manager of WACappella, and an admissions fellow for the Office of Admissions.
Founded in 1782 under the patronage of George Washington, Washington College is a private, independent college of liberal arts and sciences located in colonial Chestertown on Maryland's Eastern Shore.
