CHARLESTON, WV (03/14/2012)(readMedia)-- University of Charleston men's basketball player PJ Reyes continues to rack up national recognition for his performance this season by adding a first team Daktronics Atlantic All-Region selection to the mix, as announced by the regional selection committee.
Reyes, the 2011-12 WVIAC Player of the Year, paced the Golden Eagles (26-6) with 20.5 points per game, which ranked him in the top-20 scoring nationally and top-6 in the conference headed into the NCAA Tournament.
The senior guard from Taylor, Mich., was an offensive leader for the No. 17-ranked UC squad all season, while defensively accounting for a team-high 34 blocks.
