Pa. Turnpike to Launch Innovative Smartphone App for Travelers on Friday
Free iPhone and Droid application available in time for Labor Day travel.
HARRISBURG, PA (08/31/2011)(readMedia)-- Just in time for the Labor Day weekend, officials from the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission on Friday will unveil a new smartphone application (app) that will help enhance safety and reduce anxiety for those travelling on the Pa. Turnpike. The free app offers an innovative way for customers to hear what's happening on the road.
